What forms of payment do you accept? We accept payment by check, money order, cash on pick-up orders, and most major credit cards via PayPal. back to topAre your products guaranteed? Our
products are absolutely guaranteed. Just contact us if you ever have
an issue we need to address. Where
and how do you ship? We ship anywhere within the United States via U.S. Postal Service, UPS,
Fed Ex and DHL. Shipping charges may apply and are dependent on order
size. We will always give you a shipping quote along with a printing
estimate. How
long will it take to complete my order? We typically
have a two week turn around time. In most cases it will be less; however,
we say 2 weeks just to be safe. How should I submit my artwork for production? We prefer Illustrator eps or ai files. We work on Macintosh primarily,
but can work with a variety of formats. Your art must be sent as
a layered file if more than one color is in the design, at 300 dpi,
100% of final size. We would be glad to help you with your art work
or create an original design. Any work to an art file starts at $50
and is quoted at the time the order is placed. What
do you mean you've gone "green"? We
have always taken the safety of our environment very seriously.
We now use all natural chemicals in our shop that are derived
from soybeans. We put nothing down our drain that is harmful
to the environment. In addition, we recycle as well purchase
products that are made from recycled products when possible. |
